How much area does one machine cover?
Our systems range from compact diffusers covering around 300 sqft to industrial units that handle 1,500 sqft and beyond. As a guide, a single commercial system can scent anywhere from a reception area to a full hotel lobby or shopping mall. The right fit depends on more than floor area: installation method (on-ground, wall-mounted or HVAC-integrated), layout, ceiling height and airflow all shape how a scent travels. We will recommend the exact system and placement during your site assessment.
Is there a minimum contract?
Our ambient scenting packages typically run on 12-month terms, with flexible arrangements for events and short-term activations.
Are the scents safe?
Yes. Our fragrances comply with IFRA standards, and we're happy to share safety documentation for your procurement or facilities team.
How long does a bespoke scent take to develop?
Around eight weeks from brief to final blend. The main variables are how quickly your stakeholders can review along the way.
Can we rent, or do we have to buy the machines?
The device is leased and stays fully under our care. Setup, quarterly maintenance, oil refills and service support are all included, so machine upkeep and repairs are never your problem. Outright purchase is available if you'd rather own your equipment.
Can we use our own diffusers?
Yes. If you already own equipment, you can purchase the fragrance oil on its own from our library, or a signature scent we develop with you.
